Ticket notice

1. Before proceeding to seat selection, customers must accurately and completely enter their national ID or passport number. Please ensure the entered number matches the original document, as the original ID or passport must be presented when collecting tickets (see point 3 for details). Please double-check all information before continuing. 2. Each national ID/passport number is limited to one ticket per performance. A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per national ID/passport number for each performance (for a total of 8 tickets across two performances). 3. To collect tickets, customers must present the original, valid national ID or passport used during registration. Tickets can be collected within a specified period at any of the 11 designated ThaiTicketMajor outlets. If tickets are not collected within this timeframe, they may be picked up on the day of the event at the ThaiTicketMajor booth located at the venue. Tickets cannot be delivered by mail. (On-site collection is available only for tickets corresponding to the event date; tickets for other dates cannot be collected on-site.) 4. *Holders of tickets priced at 7,900, 6,500, or 6,000 THB are eligible for priority pre-order of official GMMTV merchandise and may collect their items on-site via a priority pick-up lane. (Further details regarding pre-orders will be announced later.) 5. The "Hi-Session" event takes place before the performance. - Eligible ticket holders will have the opportunity to go on stage and wave to the artists, following the same rules and guidelines as previous "Hi-Bye" events. Attendees with "Hi-Session" access (holders of tickets priced at 7,900, 6,500, or 6,000 THB, as well as randomly selected holders of 5,500 THB tickets) who wish to participate must complete the registration process at the venue’s registration desk between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The venue will open at 1:00 PM, and the "Hi-Session" will begin at 2:00 PM. (Failure to register or enter the venue within the designated time will result in the forfeiture of your "Hi-Session" eligibility; however, you will still be able to attend the performance.) - Following the interaction session with the artists on stage, attendees eligible for the group photo session may remain in the venue and return to their assigned seats. Those not eligible for the group photo session must exit the venue immediately and re-enter when doors open for the performance at 5:00 PM. Please do not leave any personal belongings at your seat. The organizers are not responsible for any lost items. 6. The group photo session will take place before the performance (immediately following the "Hi-Session"). - Ticket holders eligible for the group photo session who wish to participate must complete registration at the venue’s registration desk between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, presenting their tickets. The group photo session will commence immediately after the "Hi-Session." (Failure to register or enter the venue within the designated time will result in the forfeiture of your eligibility for the group photo session; however, you will still be able to attend the performance.) - Participants eligible for the group photo session—specifically those with 7,900 THB or 6,500 THB tickets, as well as randomly selected holders of 6,000 THB tickets—will return to their assigned seats to participate in the group photo session once the "Hi-Session" has concluded. - After the group photo session, please exit the venue immediately and re-enter when doors open at 5:00 PM to attend the performance. Please do not leave any personal belongings at your seat. The organizers are not responsible for any lost items. 7. Lucky attendees will be selected at random: holders of 7,900 THB tickets may be selected for a 2:2 group photo (2 artists with 2 fans), holders of 6,000 THB tickets for a 2:20 group photo (2 artists with 20 fans), holders of 5,500 THB tickets for the "Hi-Session," and holders of 6,500 THB tickets for an official autographed poster. The list of all winners will be announced on November 30, 2026, via GMMTV’s social media channels. (Each ticket is eligible for only one win; the prize will be one of the fan benefits, selected at random.) 8. Ticket holders for the 7,900 THB tier (which includes a 2:2 group photo) are not eligible for the 2:6 group photo session. 9. If the number of winners for any fan benefit is less than the maximum quota when the list is announced on November 30, 2026, ticket holders who purchase their tickets after this date may register to claim the remaining spots. The registration link will open on December 1, 2026, and benefits will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until all spots are filled. 10. The official "WILLIAM EST REIGN TOGETHER" lanyard and the artist-signed official poster will be available for collection at the registration desk on the day of the event. ***Attendees who receive a signed official poster will not receive an unsigned version. 11. "WILLIAM EST" interactive light sticks will be provided at every seat within the venue. 12. Individuals eligible for group photos or other photo opportunities with the artists who fail to arrive within the designated time will be considered to have forfeited their eligibility. 13. Video recording or live streaming (audio/video) of the concert via any device, platform, or application is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to delete any recorded images, videos, or audio; violators will be required to leave the venue immediately. 14. Without prior consent from the organizer, tickets may not be used for any commercial purposes or product promotions—such as discounts, redemptions, giveaways, or as additional incentives. 15. Unauthorized resale or distribution of tickets for advertising or promotional purposes is illegal. 16. The company assumes no responsibility under any circumstances for tickets purchased through channels other than Thaiticketmajor. 17. The use of fan benefits for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. 18. Please be wary of scammers—such as those offering "reserved" perks, selling tickets outside of the official system, or impersonating GMMTV staff. 19. If tickets are found to be resold at a higher price and sufficient evidence is obtained, we reserve the right to cancel the booking (if payment has not yet been made) or to void the tickets and return them to the system for resale (if payment has already been made). 20. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a concert ticket, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions established by the event organizer. 21. Under no circumstances shall GMMTV be held liable for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings, valuables, or other items during the event. 22. GMMTV reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at its sole discretion at any time. 23. Please be advised that audio recording, video filming, and photography will take place within the event venue for the purpose of dissemination and broadcasting. Attendees, participants, or individuals passing through the venue may be recorded or photographed. If you do not wish to be captured in such recordings or photographs, please avoid the event area during the specified dates and times. By acknowledging this notice, you consent to the use of your name, image, voice, likeness, and other personal data in any recordings or photographs taken during the event. This consent extends to the use of your personal data for event promotion across current and future communication channels, as well as for all commercial products and services. 24. Children taller than 90 cm require a ticket.
