1. Only e-tickets issued by ThaiTicketMajor are valid for entry. Please keep your e-ticket and QR code secure. Each e-ticket is valid for one-time use only. The event organizer is not responsible for any loss or misuse of e-tickets. 2. All ticket holders must present a form of identification (such as a national ID card, driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID) that matches the name printed on the ticket. The use of duplicate names or names that do not match the ticket is not permitted. 3. Upon entry, ticket holders may be required to present: ● A photo ID (e.g., national ID card, passport, or driver’s license) ● The ticket purchase confirmation email 4. Tickets remain the property of the event organizer and may be cancelled without prior notice. 5. Tickets are sold directly to fans by the event organizer. Any tickets sold by unauthorized resellers or vendors in violation of these terms will be cancelled. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. 6. Tickets found to be resold or offered for sale through unauthorized third parties or auction websites will be cancelled immediately. Such tickets will be considered invalid, and the holder will be denied entry and may forfeit any associated rights. 7. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry if a ticket has been tampered with, forged, duplicated, or cannot be verified. 8. Only tickets purchased through official ticketing channels are valid. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry for tickets obtained through other means. 9. Please be wary of scammers posing as official ticket sellers, providing fake booking codes, or selling tickets through unofficial channels. The event organizer only recognizes information from purchasers who bought tickets through official channels and is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party transactions. The decision of the event organizer shall be final. 10. Lost standing-room tickets will not be reissued, nor will refunds be provided. 11. In the event of force majeure—such as natural disasters, government mandates, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control—the event organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. Any applicable refund conditions will be subject to the organizer’s relevant policies. 12. Purchasing a ticket constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions. 13. You must be present on the designated date and time to redeem your VIP package entitlements. In the event that you lose your ticket or fail to arrive at the specified date and time, no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be provided under any circumstances. 14. The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
