Notes:
1. Before selecting seats, customers must accurately and completely enter their national ID or passport number. Please ensure the entered number matches the original document, as the original ID or passport must be presented when collecting tickets (see point 3 for details). Please double-check all information before proceeding.
2. Each national ID/passport number is limited to one ticket per performance. A maximum of 4 tickets per performance can be purchased per national ID or passport number (for a total of 12 tickets across 3 performances).
3. To collect tickets, customers must present the original, valid ID or passport used during registration. Tickets can be collected within a specified period at any of the 11 designated ThaiTicketMajor outlets. If tickets are not collected within this timeframe, they may be picked up on the day of the performance at the ThaiTicketMajor booth located at the venue. Tickets cannot be delivered by mail. (On-site collection is available only for tickets corresponding to that specific performance date.)
4. Holders of tickets priced at 6,900, 5,900, or 5,500 THB are entitled to priority pre-order of official GMMTV merchandise and may collect their items on-site via a priority pick-up lane. (Further details regarding pre-orders will be announced later.)
5. Pre-show Soundcheck/Rehearsal Access:
- Ticket holders eligible for the rehearsal must present their tickets for registration to access this benefit. Registration is open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; doors open at 1:00 PM. The pre-show rehearsal begins at 2:00 PM. (*If you fail to register or enter the venue within the designated time, you will be considered to have forfeited these benefits. However, you may still participate in the high-five session, interactive segments, and the concert itself.)
- Attendees eligible for the soundcheck session—holding tickets priced at 6,900, 5,900, 5,500, or 5,000 THB—will be seated in the specific seats assigned to their concert tickets.
- The soundcheck will last approximately 10 minutes. Entering or exiting the hall during the soundcheck is prohibited. Once the soundcheck concludes, participants will remain in the hall for the subsequent interactive segments and engagement activities.
6. The "Hi-Session" will take place before the performance (immediately following the soundcheck).
- Eligible ticket holders will go on stage to wave to the artists, following the same rules and guidelines as the previous "Hi-Bye" sessions.
Attendees with "Hi-Session" access (those with 5,900/5,500 THB tickets, as well as selected 5,000 THB ticket holders chosen at random) who wish to participate must register at the venue’s registration desk between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The venue will open at 1:00 PM, and the "Hi-Session" will begin immediately after the soundcheck. (If you fail to register or enter the venue within the specified time, your eligibility for the "Hi-Session" will be forfeited; however, you may still attend the concert as scheduled.)
- After completing the interactive session with the artists, participants must promptly exit the venue and re-enter before the performance begins at 5:00 PM. Please do not leave any personal belongings at your seat. The organizers are not responsible for any lost items.
7. The interactive segment will take place before the performance begins (immediately following the aforementioned interactive activities).
- Attendees holding 6,900 THB tickets who are eligible for and wish to participate in the high-five interaction must register at the venue between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, presenting their event tickets. The "Hi-Touch" (high-five) session will begin immediately after the Hi-Touch event concludes. (If you fail to register within the designated timeframe or do not enter the venue by the specified time, your eligibility for the Hi-Touch session will be forfeited; however, you may still attend the performance as scheduled.)
Once the Hi-Touch session with the artists has concluded, please exit the hall immediately. You may re-enter for the performance when the doors open at 5:00 PM. Please do not leave any personal belongings at your seat; the organizers are not responsible for any lost items.
8. Lucky attendees will be selected at random: those who purchased 5,000 THB tickets may receive a special "Hi-Session" opportunity, while those who purchased 6,900 THB tickets may receive an official autographed poster. The list of lucky winners for all sessions will be announced via GMMTV’s social media channels on December 14, 2026. (Each ticket is eligible for only one win; the prize will be one of the randomly selected fan benefits.)
9. **Attendees who purchase a 6,900 THB ticket and receive an official autographed poster will not receive an unsigned official poster.
10. If the number of selected participants for fan benefits has not reached the maximum capacity by the announcement date (December 14, 2026), ticket holders who purchased their tickets after this date may register to claim the remaining benefits. The registration link will open on December 15, 2026, and benefits will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until all spots are filled.
11. The official "JASP.ER TEMPTATION" identification lanyard and the official autographed poster can be collected at the registration desk on the day of the event. Attendees who receive an autographed official poster will not receive an unsigned version.
12. Individuals eligible for the soundcheck, Hi-Touch, or other interactive sessions with the artists who fail to arrive within the designated time will be considered to have forfeited their participation.
13. During the concert, the use of any device to record video or to broadcast (live stream) audio or video content via any platform or application is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to delete any recorded images, videos, or audio; individuals found in violation will be required to leave the venue immediately.
14. Without the prior consent of the organizer, the use of tickets for any commercial purpose or product promotion—such as discounts, redemptions, giveaways, or as additional gifts—is strictly prohibited.
15. The unauthorized resale or distribution of tickets for advertising or promotional purposes is unlawful.
16. The company assumes no liability whatsoever for tickets purchased through channels other than Thaiticketmajor.
17. The use of event perks or benefits for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
18. Please be wary of scammers—such as those offering "reserved" perks, facilitating ticket purchases outside of the official system, or impersonating GMMTV staff.
19. If it is discovered that tickets are being resold at a higher price and sufficient evidence is obtained, we reserve the right to cancel the booking (if payment has not yet been made) or to void the tickets and return them to the system for resale (if payment has already been completed).
20. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a concert ticket, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions established by the event organizer.
21. Under no circumstances shall GMMTV be held liable for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings, valuables, or other items during the event.
22. GMMTV reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at its sole discretion at any time.
23. Please be advised that audio recording, video recording, and photography will take place within the event area for the purpose of dissemination and broadcast. Attendees, participants, or passersby within the event area may be recorded or photographed. If you do not wish to be included in such recordings or photographs, please avoid the event area during the specified dates and times. By acknowledging this notice, you consent to the use of your name, image, voice, likeness, and other personal data in any recordings or photographs captured during the event. This consent extends to the use of your personal data for event promotion across current and future communication channels, as well as for all commercial products and services. 24. Children taller than 90 cm require a ticket.
